Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

- All original tags and packaging must be intact

- The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Please include your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Custom-made or made-to-measure items

- Altered or personalized designs

- Items purchased during sales or promotional campaigns (unless defective)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
